Jyoti Americas has the most advanced galvanization facility in the world.  It is fully automated, state of the art and produces up to 65,000 tons of galvanized material annually.  It uses a polymer-based passivation system and has a negative-pressurized containment system with full recycling/reclamation of particulates. The pretreatment area, the drying chamber and the galvanized furnace are fully enclosed. The plant complies with the most stringent statutory, regulatory and other requirements related to Environment, Health & Safety, anywhere in the world. Automation is achieved through Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) controls and software programs that control the entire process.

Dulling:

• Dulling is a special process that reduces the reflectivity of galvanized material to better camouflage the tower with its surroundings.
• Dulling is required by some organizations and Jyoti Americas’ system fully complies with the most stringent dulling requirements.
